Terms and Conditions

By using our site or placing the order from us, you had a agreed to the terms below . If you are accepting the terms on behalf of another person or company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person.

 

1) Customer Acknowledgement

The Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase product from JNL Corporation Pty Ltd.

 2) Order verification

Some selected orders may be subject to our verification procedure. During the verification period, BecexTech will verify the validity for most orders placed via Credit Card due to increasing number of internet fraud and reserve the right to cancel or hold the order until it is verified. Should your order requires verification, you will be notified by email within 1 business day.

3) Return or Exchange of Goods And Insurance

BecexTech offers 7 days ELF(Early Life Failure) or DOA return policy. You must notify us as soon as the product stopped working. Any DOA products will be replaced immediately. All accessories, items returned must be in original condition or product will be repaired instead.

BecexTech also offers 14 days POM(Peace-Of-Mind) return policy. All POM returned product will incur charge for re-stocking fees. The charge may varied depending on the item condition. However, BecexTech reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is not in reasonable condition.

Apart from that, BecexTech also accepted the return that is caused by human error such as wrong description, wrong colors. No charge will apply. The replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as wrong product is assessed. The same policy applied, wrong item must be in a original condition. Item returned you must report the error within 48 hours you received the product. 

Should any of above scenarios applied, please contact us as soon as possible. This is to ensure the return will be honored.

Insurance is optional and recommended. The fees vary depending on the value of the goods. Please note that BecexTech New Zealand is not liable for any lost item if insurance is not purchased. 

4) Warranty Claim

All products you purchased from us comes with 12 months local New Zealand warranty serviced by local service company, Microtechnology Ltd. Microtechnology Ltd has the right to refuse the warranty or service if it's in breach of our warranty conditions. In such event, JNL Corporation Pty Ltd will deal with customer directly and take the action accordingly.

5) Extended Warranties

The Service is provided by our partner, Microtechnology Ltd who is local service company in New Zealand.

6) Products Specifications and sales package

At BecexTech New Zealand, we work hard to offer you the most competitive pricing and accurate product information including sales package. However, because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. vendor price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice. 

7) Our Stocks

Our stocks are sourced from genuine suppliers from all over the world and locally in order to get the best price where we can pass the saving to our customer. 
All the specs are the same with local products despite there may be a limited features or small variation on some products and this does not affect your local warranty status.

8) Delivery of Goods, Pricing and Availability

All Orders will be processed within 3 - 10 business days and will get dispatched as soon as order is verified. During this time, BecexTech will verify the validity for most orders placed via Credit Card due to increasing number of internet fraud. 

The delivery lead time will be about 2 - 4 business days throughout New Zealand wide as soon as order get dispatched provided that there is no delay from courier side or due to other external factor. Delivery to rural area may takes longer than usual.

Although we do try to keep as much product in stock as possible at all times,
but due to unforeseen circumstances sometimes we do run out of stock.
Should we have any difficulty to obtain the items that are not in stock, we will contact you during the processing times to notify you and work out the alternative solution.

Please also note that delivery lead times should be used as a guidance only
and should not be relied upon as such.

The price for the goods shall, unless otherwise agreed,
be the price set out on the dispatch confirmation. The price for the goods quoted on
the website shall be inclusive of all costs of carriage and applicable import Tax and duty unless otherwise stated. 

9) Errors and Ommisions

Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy; however the documents and graphics published may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. BecexTech New Zealand makes no representations about the suitability of this information; it is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. If an error is made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, or there is missing item in the box BecexTech New Zealand shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.
